Supplier declaration
A supplier declaration for the specific grade used in your mould, confirming food-contact compliance.
Materials
We work in food-contact platinum-cure silicones. Grade selection is driven by what the mould contains and how it's cleaned. Paperwork ships with every order.
Grade selection

A material choice is a specification job, not a preference. The right grade fits the peak temperature the mould will see, the chemistry that'll clean it, and the product it's in contact with. We'll ask about all three before quoting.
Silicone families we work with
Platinum-cure food-contact silicone for chiller-to-oven duty. Bakery, patisserie, chocolate. The workhorse.
Grades that tolerate hot-poured sugar and extended bake cycles. For boiled sweet, hard confectionery and high-oven work.
Grades that stay flexible at deep-freeze temperatures and tolerate brine chemistry. For ice-cream and gelato line work.
Grades that survive repeated caustic cleandown for tunnel-wash food manufacturing lines.
Softer grades for delicate patisserie release — chef-signature dishes with fragile forms.
Pigmented food-contact grades where visual identification of tooling matters for line management.
What ships with the mould
A supplier declaration for the specific grade used in your mould, confirming food-contact compliance.
The grade used in your mould, recorded against your order for future reference and reorder.
For portion-critical work, a cavity volume check record at manufacture.
A written recommendation on the cleandown regime the mould is spec'd for.
Straight talk
Techcraft Industries Culinary Ltd is certificated to the BRCGS Global Standard for Agents and Brokers, Issue 3, with a Grade AA. Alongside that, every order comes with a documented material spec: a supplier declaration for every grade used. If your approval process needs a certificated supplier, we'll send our certificate for your file. See what it covers.
