Order history
If you've ordered from us before, the drawing is on file. Tell us the original PO or the year we made it.
Service · replacement
A worn tray is a shift-stopper. A matched replacement is a phone call, not a redesign — if the paperwork is still on file.
Overview

Every silicone mould in a working food kitchen has a shelf life. Trays wear, tear, thin, crack. When one dies, you want a matched replacement in your hand — not a fresh design conversation.
We keep drawings and grades on file. If you bought a mould from us, we can pour a replacement without starting from scratch. If you didn't, we can still lift the form from a worn tray and match it.
What we make
The drawing and grade sit on file. Reordering a replacement is a phone call and a lead time.
Send us your worn tray. We can lift the geometry and match a replacement, even if the original wasn't ours.
A ready spare, held at your site or ours, so a torn tray doesn't stop a shift.
If the current tray has always had a niggle — a corner that tears, a cavity that sticks — the reorder is a good moment to fix it.
If you run a fleet of trays, we can phase replacements so your production isn't taken offline all at once.

How it gets made
Every replacement mould starts as a drawing we agree with you. We make a master, pour a single proof cavity in PFAS-free platinum-cure food-grade silicone and let you test it with your own recipe.
Once you are happy, we pour or press the full tray, record the grade against your order and keep the drawing on file for reorders.

What we ask up front
If you've ordered from us before, the drawing is on file. Tell us the original PO or the year we made it.
A photo of the wear helps us decide whether to replace like-for-like or refine the design.
If your fill, chill or wash cycle has changed since the last order, tell us. Grade may need reviewing.
Tell us how urgent. Some replacements can be prioritised, especially if the original spec is on file.

Questions
Yes, for orders placed with us. That means a replacement doesn't need a fresh design conversation.
Yes. Send the worn tray and we'll lift the geometry from it.
Yes, by agreement. Common for producers who can't afford a line stoppage while a replacement is made.
It depends on grade, product and cleandown. We'll give a realistic estimate at manufacture, based on how you're using it.
Ready?
Send a photo, a sketch or a sample. We'll come back with a route and a quote.
