What data we collect
When you enquire, we collect your name, contact details and the description of your enquiry. When you order, we collect delivery and billing information. When you use this website, we collect standard technical information to run the site.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry, fulfil your order, and maintain a records-based relationship where you don't have to re-explain your project each time.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for two years unless you become a customer. Customer records are kept for as long as you're a customer plus seven years for tax purposes.
Who we share it with
No one outside TCI Group unless you've specifically asked (e.g. a courier for delivery). We don't sell or exchange enquiry data.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the workshop and we'll respond within a working week.
Cookies
The website uses minimal cookies for essential function and anonymous analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
