Terms of trade.
Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date they're issued. Prices are exclusive of VAT and delivery unless stated.
Orders and confirmation
Orders are accepted in writing (email or purchase order). We confirm every accepted order in writing before beginning work.
Payment terms
Standard terms are 30 days from invoice date. New customers may be asked for pro-forma on first order, then move to account terms on the next.
Design ownership
Bespoke cavity designs are the customer's IP. We retain the right to use non-identifying descriptions of the work in anonymised case studies unless you ask us not to.
Delivery
Delivery is UK mainland by courier. International delivery by arrangement.
Warranty
We warrant workmanship on every mould. Wear from use, cleandown or handling is not a warranty matter — we'll always talk through failures and, where the cause is manufacture, we replace.
