Proof-cavity first

Branded cavities · logo-embossed chocolate moulds
Your mark on the chocolate is the cheapest advertising you will ever buy. The mould has to make it legible every time.
Overview

A logo on chocolate is a manufacturing detail. Depth, draft and line weight decide whether it reads crisply or turns into a smudge.
We cut logos into chocolate cavities and proof them on a single cavity, adjusting depth and draft until the mark reads cleanly.
What we design for
One cavity poured and tested before the full tray.
We flag features too fine to read and suggest a simpler version.
Balanced so the mark reads and still releases.
Face, back or edge — shown to you at proof stage.
What we ask up front
Silicone reads down to a defined feature size. If your logo has features finer than that, we'll suggest a legible simplification rather than delivering a smudged detail.
A logo needs enough depth to read and enough draft to release. We work with your graphic file to find that balance.
A logo on the top face reads differently from one on a side wall. We show you both options at proof stage.
A chocolate bar keeps a detail forever; a gummy loses it if the dosing weight is off. Grade and cavity form both matter.
