Overview

Praline slab and frame moulds, done properly.

Rectangular silicone slab frame beside cutting equipment on a bench
Frame tray sized for even slab cutting

Slab pralines are poured into a frame, set, and cut. An even slab means every cut praline is the same size and weight.

We make framed slab trays sized to your guitar cutter or knife and your enrobing line.

What we design for

The details that make this format work.

01

Even slab depth

A flat base and frame for consistent thickness.

02

Cutter-matched size

Sized to your guitar cutter frame.

03

Easy release

Flex to lift the whole slab out.

04

Textured tops

Optional texture on the slab base.

What we ask up front

The same four questions we ask on every job like this.

01

Shell method

Invert-and-drain, spray or brush. It affects cavity depth and land width.

02

Capping

Scraper, transfer sheet or piped cap. The top surface is designed to suit.

03

Colour work

If you paint or spray cocoa butter into the cavity, we match the finish to it.

04

Tray size

Send your chiller shelf and scraper width.
