Replacement moulds · held-spare food tooling
For some lines, one torn tray means a stopped shift. A held spare turns that into a five-minute swap.
Overview

Line stoppages cost more than trays. Holding a spare — at your site or ours — is a simple insurance policy.
We make and hold spare trays by agreement, matched to the running set and ready to ship.
What we design for
Whichever suits your stores.
Same drawing, same grade.
When you use a spare, we make the next one.
For production tooling, a second tool in reserve.
What we ask up front
If you've ordered from us before, the drawing is on file. Tell us the original PO or the year we made it.
A photo of the wear helps us decide whether to replace like-for-like or refine the design.
If your fill, chill or wash cycle has changed since the last order, tell us. Grade may need reviewing.
Tell us how urgent. Some replacements can be prioritised, especially if the original spec is on file.
