From our files
Drawing and grade on file for any mould we made.
Replacement moulds · like-for-like replacement trays
When a tray wears out, you want the same tray back. Not a new design, not a new conversation.
Overview

Worn trays tear, thin and lose shape. A matched replacement keeps your line, your portions and your team's habits the same.
If we made the original, the drawing and grade are on file. If we did not, we can measure a worn tray and match it.
What we design for
Drawing and grade on file for any mould we made.
We measure a worn tray and match it.
Optionally design out a corner that always tore.
Replace a fleet in stages so the line keeps running.
What we ask up front
If you've ordered from us before, the drawing is on file. Tell us the original PO or the year we made it.
A photo of the wear helps us decide whether to replace like-for-like or refine the design.
If your fill, chill or wash cycle has changed since the last order, tell us. Grade may need reviewing.
Tell us how urgent. Some replacements can be prioritised, especially if the original spec is on file.
