Single-cavity proofs
One cavity, hand-poured, food-grade from the start.
Hand-poured moulds · prototype food cavities
One cavity, poured on the bench in food-grade silicone, is the cheapest way to find out whether a new product works.
Overview

New desserts, sweets and bars rarely work first time. A single prototype cavity lets you test fill, set and release before you commit to a tray.
We hand-pour prototype cavities in PFAS-free platinum-cure food-grade silicone, so the test is real food on real material.
What we design for
One cavity, hand-poured, food-grade from the start.
Adjust depth, draft or radius and pour again.
A physical piece for the chef or brand team to approve.
What we learn goes straight into the production tray.
What we ask up front
Sketch, photo or sample, whichever's to hand. We start from what you actually have.
The demould motion matters even on a single cavity. Tell us how you plan to work with the mould.
A hand-poured tool is right for tens or hundreds, not tens of thousands. We'll be honest about when to graduate to a production tool.
Food-contact from the start. We don't use a general-purpose silicone on a food job and swap later.
