Custom shapes · seasonal launch moulds
Easter, summer, Christmas, a festival or a local event. A seasonal shape can sell a range, if it arrives on time.
Overview

Seasonal products have a hard deadline. The mould needs to be designed, proofed and delivered with time for production.
We plan seasonal moulds backwards from your launch date and keep the drawing on file for next year.
What we design for
Timeline set backwards from when you need product.
Hand-poured where volumes are small.
Drawing and master on file for repeat seasons.
Several shapes sharing one tray layout.
What we ask up front
Describe or show us what you're making — a mould is designed around a product, not in the abstract.
Portion size, plate size, weight, cavity count on the tray. Give us what you know.
Chef, brand team, food safety. Tell us who needs to see what, when. We build sign-off checkpoints into the schedule.
One dessert on one menu, or a range across ten venues. Both are valid; both drive different tool choices.
Related case study
A three-colour lolly with a wooden stick, blast-frozen, extracted by warm-water dip, wrapped by hand. Sequenced fill drove the mould design.
