Nozzle-pitch layout
Cavity centres matched to nozzle spacing.
Multi-cavity tooling · depositor plate trays
If the tray does not line up with the nozzles, you lose product at every cavity. We design from your depositor plate outwards.
Overview

A depositor puts product in exactly the same place every stroke. The tray has to put a cavity under each nozzle, every time.
We take your depositor plate dimensions and nozzle pitch and lay out a tray that fits without shims or adaptor plates.
What we design for
Cavity centres matched to nozzle spacing.
Edges or pins so the tray sits in the same place every time.
Cavity count sized to your stroke rate.
Spacing that still lets a cleandown reach every cavity.
What we ask up front
Trays per hour or trays per shift — that drives cavity count.
The tray must sit flat on your shelf. Send shelf dimensions and we'll fit within them.
One-shot tip, invert-onto-belt, hand-lift. Silicone spec sits around it.
The tray still has to survive your wash. Wall thickness and cavity spacing take that into account.
