Several sizes, one tray
Two or three cavity sizes laid out on one tray.
Portion control · multi-portion trays
A tasting portion, a standard and a sharing size from one tray. Fewer trays to wash and store, and the right size every time.
Overview

Many menus run the same dessert in two or three sizes. Separate trays multiply storage and washing, and the wrong tray gets grabbed.
We design single trays that carry several portion sizes, each checked to its own target volume.
What we design for
Two or three cavity sizes laid out on one tray.
Every cavity size checked against its own target.
Sizes grouped so the team picks the right one quickly.
Layout arranged so large and small cavities release together.
What we ask up front
Tell us the number. We design cavity depth and shape around it and confirm the check at manufacture.
A mousse, a batter and a set gel weigh different amounts per millilitre. We factor that into the cavity design.
How tight does the portion need to be? We agree the tolerance up front and hold to it.
Volume drifts if a mould deforms. We spec grade and wall thickness to hold cavity shape through your wash regime.
